Your Outer Experiences Are Reflections Of Your Inner Thoughts And Feelings

“No problem can be solved from the same level of consciousness that created it.” Albert Einstein

What is an experience? Experience is nothing more than the conscious awareness of separateness.
I say conscious because without awareness of the experience you cannot experience. Have you ever heard of the saying, “if a tree falls in the woods and nobody hears it, did it fall?” If you are not aware of the tree falling, then for you, it did not. Another way to see this is when something is moving so fast you no longer see it. Your not aware you did not experience it.

Understanding an experience is important, but understanding separateness is critical. Separateness = experience. When we see our bodies, our relationships our emotions, anything that we see as separate from us we are then able to experience. Therefore when we are in a state of unification, or oneness, we cannot experience, we just are. Experience exists in a time space continuum. Since time and space do not exist, then neither does the experience itself. So, what does this mean?

Simply put, this means that what we all are experiencing in nothing more than a reflection of what we feel and think about ourselves, because there is No other, but you. Only YOU.

The reality is that all thoughts and feelings are about YOU. What you choose to see, feel, smell, act, taste, be are all choices based on your thoughts and your feelings. Therefore you can know what your feeling and thinking based on what you have manifested consciously in your life. If you have manifested emotional pain, physical pain, relationship pain, what are you thinking and feeling about these things?

If you think and feel a need to be punished, you shall be. Some say, life is based on luck, “shit happens”, or perhaps “God” or “the devil” make choices for you. These are all true if you believe it to be true because there is but one and it matters not how you describe who is making the choice, it is always you. This is why all paths lead to the same place.

When you feel a pain in your body, ask yourself what am I thinking and feeling? Self awareness brings the ability to become directive in life. Taking control in the now is when change occurs. In the moments of deepest despair we can choose to be happy.

This is an advanced short article based on quantum theory and Metaphysical thought. If you have questions please e-mail me or if this subject is new to you please read “Conversations with God” by Neale Donald Walsh.  If some of these thoughts bring up anger to you, look within to see why. What about this challenges your beliefs? Where do you need to be right? Where is your need to be right coming from? Remember, if I said you were yellow with blue stripes you would not get upset, in fact you might laugh. But if any part of you believed it to be true or believed that it was “wrong” to be this then you would react with anger. Anger = Victim. this is a choice and a refection again of your inner thoughts and feelings about yourself, as all your experiences.
